What Puchi is

Puchi is a budgeting app for couples, sold as a subscription through the Apple App Store, plus this website that describes it. Puchi is not a bank. It does not hold your money, it cannot move your money, and it is not a regulated provider of financial services.

This site

The text, images, code and the Puchi name on this site belong to the operator named above. You are welcome to read it, quote it and link to it. Copying the site wholesale, or passing it off as your own, is not part of that welcome.

Links out to other sites are here because they were useful at the time. What happens on the other side of a link is not ours to control.

The app itself

The Terms of Service cover using Puchi, and the Privacy Policy covers what happens to your data. Both are linked at the foot of every page.

Questions or complaints

Write to hola@getpuchi.com. A human reads it. If we cannot sort something out between us, Spanish consumer authorities and the courts described in the Terms of Service are open to you.

Puchi runs one optional thing. Turn it on or leave it off, and change your mind whenever you like.

Google is based in the United States, so turning this on sends your visit data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and the cookies above are cut from Google’s default two years to 13 months.

We also use PostHog for product analytics. It runs in cookieless mode and stores nothing on your device, so there is nothing here to agree to.

Whatever you pick is kept for six months, then we ask again. That applies to a no exactly as it applies to a yes.
